Black Tie Events has been actively producing events in Southern Nevada since 1998. We have experienced all that the community offers and because of that we too wish to make a difference for the charities that serve our community.

We're BIG on volunteerism!

We produce an annual volunteer fair, "Community Connections", during which we invite nonprofits to meet with residents to promote volunteer opportunities.

For those nonprofits unable to attend the volunteer fair, organizations can submit an opportunity to be listed in our volunteer 'idea bank'. We print a program of all the nonprofits in attendance and a special section featuring those who were unable to attend but who have volunteer opportunities they would like to publicize.

Now accepting reservations for the 2012 Community Connections Volunteer Fair on April 18th during National Volunteer Week.  Email us with your nonprofit info (organization name, contact name, phone, email, and logo).

Unlike other event planners, we do events at a discount to local and nationwide nonprofits and small businesses. For clients that hire us for social events (weddings, reunions, expos, and conferences) 50-90% of our fee is donated to the charity selected for that month
